After working for over 35 years within other organizations, our owner Keith Milmine, decided to build his own business, FIRST RATE COMMERCIAL KITCHENS. Keith has worked very closely with most major brands and chain accounts, including Tim Hortons, McDonalds, The Keg, Burger King and more, as well as highly technical hospital food services. We are well versed in both basic restaurant equipment, as well as highly computerized and specialized equipment bases.

We are a fully licensed and insured company who are factory trained on all Garland, Frymaster-Dean, Merco-Savory, Lincoln, Ventmaster, Burlodge, Merrychef and have multiple years of experience with most other major brands.

We also offer maintenance contracts for technical review, equipment diagnosis, calibration, deep cleaning, and overall peace of mind with your equipment bases to prevent down times and product failure.
